::芋头焖排骨::

18Nov12, 最近很少尝试新菜式, 每次都煮同样的菜, 有点闷. 我一直都很喜欢吃芋头焖排骨. 但, 要妈妈煮的话, 太辛苦她了, 所以就自己来煮煮看. 其实没有食谱, 就随便试试. 出来的真的不错.

材料:
排骨 200g (其实我只煮了9块1寸长的排骨)
芋头 200g (切片,大概况1 cm 厚)
蒜头 2瓣 (拍打)
青葱 少许

腌料:
酱油 2 汤匙
糖 少许
胡椒粉 少许

调味料:
蚝油 1.5汤匙
水 1 杯
油 2汤匙

煮法:
1. 把排骨加上腌料, 腌大概30分钟.
2. 把锅烧热, 加上油,煎香芋头. 放在一旁.
3. 在用乘余的油, 在把排骨倒进, 炒香.
4. 把蒜头加进在翻炒,过后把蚝油加入, 再炒一炒.
5. 过后, 把水倒入, 让水滚开, 把火转小, 焖煮大概40分钟就可以上桌, 在洒上葱花.
其实, 还有半棵的芋头我煮了芋头饭. 我忘了拍照. @_@

我的芋头饭食谱如下(乱乱来)
材料:
米 (我家的两杯,洗干净)
肉丝 100g
芋头 200g (切粒,大概况1 cm x 1 cm)
蒜米 1.5 汤匙
炸葱 少许
青葱 少许
水 (煮饭的份量)

腌料:
酱油 2 汤匙
糖 少许
胡椒粉 少许

调味料:
酱油 4 – 5 汤匙
盐 少许
油 1汤匙

煮法:
1. 肉丝用腌料腌大概半小时.
2. 把锅烧热, 倒进油 和蒜米. 再把肉丝炒香.
3. 在把芋头倒入, 再炒.
4. 过后, 把米一起倒入, 加上调味料里的酱油和盐, 炒香.
5. 再把全部材料倒进饭锅, 加上水. 按上煮饭的程序.
6. 等饭熟后, 加炸葱和青葱, 就可以吃了.

我觉得, 通常吃芋头饭, 要加一碗汤会更美味. 我煮了紫菜蛋花汤. 尝尝这有味饭.

**Curry Leaf@Rasah, Seremban**

12Jun08, nowadays my mother in law seldom cook dinner for us, so sometime we have dinner on our own. Today, hubby and I decided to visit Curry Leaf at Rasah, Seremban. This restaurant is famous for their curry fish head and banana leaf rice. So, each time we visit this place, we will take the banana leaf rice. There are around 7 to 8 side dishes, example: bean curd, spinach..., the most popular side dish is brinjal. Besides the side dishes, you can order some main dish like fish, curry chicken and etc. Btw, papadam and rice is free flow... The brinjal that i had on that day was too spicy... :) ending up taken few glasses of water. This is one of the must visit restaurant in Seremban whenever we have any company visitor from oversea. That's the reason, the price is above average. Since my last visit, I find the food is not as good as before.. perhaps the good cook has gone back to his homeland ?? :) decorations for the place banana leaf rice with side dishes - RM4.60 rendang chick
