::Steam Chicken 玉兰鸡::

02Feb09, i suddenly fall in love with this dish, that's why i try to go through all the recipe books that i have and found this... steam chicken (玉兰鸡). Anyhow, the recipe suggested to use half of the chicken, but i just used 2 drumsticks. Besides, i have put too much vegetables to decorate the dish. The speciality of this dish is there will be ham top on the chicken... yum... yum...


Besides the steam chicken, i did cook the steam fish and also ginger pork (姜葱猪肉).


I'm thinking, shall i put the photo that i took for my lunch? I cooked the hakka mee in egg sauce... i named it as "滑蛋客家面". I know, my sis sure said that after looking at the photo also don't feel like eating... :) but is yummy... my hubby sure will finish the whole bowl...

06 Jan 07, my niece Tracy born on this day... The whole family is so happy to welcome her to our family, she is my parents first grandchild. We feel so excited to have new member, but my mum is worry because she has not babysit for 20+ years. 2nd Day (Hospital) 3rd Day (first day at home) She is allergic to "something"(doctor also not sure), but doctor said it is normal for baby... :) Here come with one week old photos..... **Curry Leaf@Rasah, Seremban**

12Jun08, nowadays my mother in law seldom cook dinner for us, so sometime we have dinner on our own. Today, hubby and I decided to visit Curry Leaf at Rasah, Seremban. This restaurant is famous for their curry fish head and banana leaf rice. So, each time we visit this place, we will take the banana leaf rice. There are around 7 to 8 side dishes, example: bean curd, spinach..., the most popular side dish is brinjal. Besides the side dishes, you can order some main dish like fish, curry chicken and etc. Btw, papadam and rice is free flow... The brinjal that i had on that day was too spicy... :) ending up taken few glasses of water. This is one of the must visit restaurant in Seremban whenever we have any company visitor from oversea. That's the reason, the price is above average. Since my last visit, I find the food is not as good as before.. perhaps the good cook has gone back to his homeland ?? :) decorations for the place banana leaf rice with side dishes - RM4.60 rendang chick
